Who is responsible for your data?
CHAPP NUTRITION LTD is the data controller for the waitlist. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect the name and email address you enter into the waitlist form. A phone number is optional. CHAPP does not add profile categories, inferred interests or third-party marketing data to the waitlist record.
Why we use it
We use your details only to send CHAPP launch updates, early-access information and closely related sampling or product-launch messages described when you join the waitlist.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent. Joining the waitlist is voluntary, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before your request.
Where it is stored
The waitlist is hosted using Cloudflare services. Cloudflare acts as an infrastructure and data-processing provider. Standard technical records may be processed by Cloudflare to deliver and secure the website, but the CHAPP waitlist database is designed to store only the contact fields described above.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your waitlist information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. It may be processed by service providers that help us host the site or send CHAPP communications, subject to appropriate data-protection arrangements.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details only while they are needed for CHAPP launch and early-access communications, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable data-protection law. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
